Breaking for Gold World Series Returns to Rio de Janeiro

The Breaking for Gold (BFG) World Series is set to make its second stop of the year in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from May 19-21. The event will feature some of the world's top B-Boys and B-Girls competing for points towards qualification for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Top Contenders to Watch

Among the top contenders to watch in Rio de Janeiro are: * **B-Boys:** Victor "King Vic" Orias (USA), Issei "Issac" Kitazawa (Japan), and Lil Zoo (France) * **B-Girls:** Ami "Ammy" Yuasa (Japan), Honey "Honey J" Jang (South Korea), and Ayumi "Yuuk" Fukushima (Japan)

The BFG World Series is a key event in the qualification process for the Olympics. The top 16 B-Boys and B-Girls in the world rankings at the end of the series will qualify for the Games. The Rio de Janeiro event will be the second of five events in the series, with the other events being held in Kitakyushu, Japan; Szczecin, Poland; New York City, USA; and Chengdu, China.
